The Team

Jane Chilambe is the Founder, she set up Aviate Consulting in 2024 with the specific goal of providing bespoke professional HR services to individuals and organisations. She is a dedicated, highly experienced CIPD level 7 HR practitioner with a BA (Hons) in HR Management and over 10 years of experience both in management and HR.

While Jane is a true HR generalist, she has a passion for employee relations and employee engagement strategies. She enjoys working with companies to align their culture and values with their business needs.

She is praised within the sector for her ability to deliver pragmatic solutions quickly and efficiently. She has extensive experience in working for private and public sectors includes designing and implementing recruitment and employment processes, staff training and development, change management, as well as HR policies and procedures relating to the whole employee lifecycle, including compensation and benefits.
